Ok.the restaurant I work for is celebrating it's 40th anniversary this year.

restaurant has to throw an anniversary party for our guests. We've decided to have a more formal event, as we're a fine dining restaurant.

tie, soft jazz, dancing, etc. I'm trying to come up with a theme for this party. I've got a million ideas so I'm not asking for ideas. I'm looking for a theme.example “Dinner Under the Stars” (which we won't be using because it's overdone) Any thoughts? Thank you!!
